Case Studies

This project involved working on a voluntary basis with a group of industry professionals all offering consultancy services primarily but not exclusively to the energy sector in Aberdeen. At the instigation of Vic Baxter of Quo Vadis we first came together at Credo in Aberdeen in the spring of 2018. The objective of the one day session was to explore the appetite for and boundaries of a self supporting group of service based organisations looking to work collaboratively to win more work, especially from overseas customers. This was the first step in the process of setting up ABZ100, and the definition and creation of the group is ongoing.
